With prices ever increasing in Silicon Valley, the average wage earner finds it almost impossible to afford housing. However, Community Housing Developers has made it possible for some low- and moderate-income families to afford housing very limited in Cupertino.

Stevens Creek Village, a 40-unit community, built for the needs of low to moderate-income residents. The goal was to provide a "Village Style" community for local residents who work and attend school in Cupertino. Units are divided into two-bedroom townhouses, one bedrooms and studios.

Next door to the complex sits a Subway sandwich shop and a coffeehouse, both places visited by residents on a daily basis. Stevens Creek Village is located within 3 blocks to Cupertino’s main shopping center.
